CLAYTON HILL ST.

A full home addition and renovation project embraced a contemporary style to enhance flow and layout throughout the space.

The full home addition and renovation project embraced a contemporary style to enhance flow and layout throughout the space. The focus was on creating a kitchen that catered to a chef's needs, incorporating both functional and stylish elements.

The kitchen was designed with meticulous attention to detail, starting with an oversized hood that serves as a striking focal point. Black stainless appliances were chosen to add a sleek and modern touch, blending seamlessly with the overall design scheme.

Bright white quartz countertops were selected not only for their durability but also for their ability to reflect light and create a sense of spaciousness. This choice also contributes to a clean and timeless aesthetic.

To add contrast and visual interest, a dark island was incorporated, featuring a vertical shiplap detail that adds texture and depth to the space. The dark color of the island creates a grounding effect, balancing out the brightness of the countertops and creating a dynamic visual impact.

Overall, the contemporary style of the renovation not only caters to the practical needs of a this family but also creates a cohesive and visually appealing home that enhances the flow and functionality throughout.
